Hire Resolves client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Of Motor to lead their motor department in Pietermaritzburg, Kwa Zulu-Natal. The Head Of Motor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the motor department, managing a team of sales staff, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve department targets and increase revenue.
Manage a team of sales staff, providing leadership, coaching, and support.
Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
