The position reports to theGroup Executive of Supply Chain.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute strategies focused on the B2B customer segment that drivebrand awareness, adoption, and engagement.

Drive business growth through revenue & lead generation initiatives. Support revenue growth plans with integrated marketing programs and retail campaigns.

Leverage customer insights to build and drive full-funnelcustomer engagementstrategies andbrand awareness.

Participate in sales enablement activities, working closely with new business development and customer success teams to understand what content, training, and activities can help them work more efficiently with customers.

Oversee a high-level marketing narrative targeted at different target personas within the B2B audience sector and coordinate content production in alignment with product marketing, internal copywriters, and external agencies.

Build and develop adiversemarketing team, setting strategic direction, cultivating a learning-oriented andcollaborativeculture.

Navigate ambiguity, investigate complex challenges, and effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Work backwards from the customer, applyinnovativethinking, and identify and mitigate gaps.

Represent TCS as the Head of Marketing in internal and external meetings, conferences, and trade shows.

Build and execute consistent PR Strategies to increase meaning, difference and salience – ultimately building long term brand equity.

Budget Management:
Manage the annual marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI.

Planning & Reporting:
Ensure visibility on progress of KPIs through the year tosenior managementand key stakeholders.

Your requirements will be:

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma.

15+ years marketing experience.

Experience managing teams.

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Experience driving direction and alignment withcross-functional teams.

eCommerce experience is non-negotiable.

Successful track record of building brands.

Attributes:

Highly capable leader who can build, inspire and direct a team.

Expert in developing compelling campaigns, driving high performance across both existing and new marketing channels, pitching and aligningsenior leadershipto new ideas.

Effectivecollaborationwithcross-functional teamsand stakeholders.

Experience in both targeted performance marketing and mass marketing.

A history of success in building brands.
