We’re Hiring: Head of Marketing (SaaS, B2B, HR Tech) | Cape Town (Hybrid) / Remote
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to manage a marketing department. It’s for someone who wants to build one.
We’re looking for a commercially-minded marketer who thrives in fast-growing environments and enjoys rolling up their sleeves. One day you’ll be shaping GTM strategy and positioning; the next you’ll be writing copy, launching campaigns, or analysing what’s driving pipeline.
You’ll own the entire marketing function and play a key role in how the business grows over the next few years.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience marketing a B2B SaaS product
- Built and executed go-to-market strategies
- Strong demand generation and growth marketing experience
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- A data-driven approach to marketing decisions
- The ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Experience working in lean, high-growth teams
