Head of Homeloans Business Risk Description Main  Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risk and improve business outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to foster good relationships and promote business understanding.
Stayup-to-datewith legal developments and communicate same to the Homeloans business community.
Conduct ad-hoc training sessions for Business and other stakeholders.
JobPurpose:
To ensure that the Group Risk Framework is embedded, ope rationalised and implemented, and advise business on strategic direction in order to meet business objectives, mitigate risks and meet regulatory requirements.
To develop and drive the successful delivery of the Legal and compliance strategy and the effective running of the function, ensuring the attainment of objectives internally and externally through the provision of sound legal and compliance expertise.
Minimum Requirements:
Law degree and Admission as an Attorney essential. Master’s degree such as LLM desirable. A minimum of 7 years’ experience inlegal compliance.
