Duties & Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the department runs smoothly, including but not limited to:
Ensuring the global accuracy of billing and collection of cash in line with company standards.
Taking accountability for leading the global accounts receivable functions.
Preparing KPIs related to O2C and ensuring compliance with company policies and controls.
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of customers’ invoices.
Fostering a culture of continuous development.
Promoting processes that improve team functionality.
Taking ownership of the accounts receivable team’s delivery.
Establishing and maintaining regular performance monitoring of O2C systems.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience leading an Accounts Payable team with 10 to 15 team members.
Qualification
Degree in Finance or a related field; professional registration is advantageous.
