Kenton Black Finance has partnered with a national group of companies to identify a talented Head Of Finance to join the head office function in East Lancashire. With revenue streams across various sectors, each entity is in a period of high growth.
Your New Role as Head of Finance
As Head of Finance, you will enjoy a varied andhands-onrole developing commercial reporting. You will remain a key senior member of the management team while being responsible for reviewing and completing month/year-end accounts.
Main Role
Duties
Manage and develop individuals within the finance function
Lead all elements of the monthly Management Accounts and associated reporting for each business in the group
Year-end accounting and support to enable and assist the audit process
Budget and forecast management with stakeholder engagement
Due diligence on future business ventures
Ensure all ledgers are managed effectively and processes and procedures are fit forpurpose
Cash management, reconciling the various bank accounts on a regular basis
Managing all elements of cash flow through effective credit control measures
Liaison with the bank and outsourced resources
Ongoing development of processes and procedures
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply
To be considered, you should be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with strong technical skills and aproven track recordof adding value in a lead finance role. You should have experience of developing qualified staff and be technically strong, able to develop financial reporting to add commercial value.
