Head of Finance

Requirements:
CA(SA) – Non-Negotiable
5+ years of experience in property finance
Strong expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, equity accounting, and IFRS
Experience preparing and presenting Board & Exco packs
Proficiency in property management systems like MDA, MRI, or similar is a plus
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
Oversee equity accounting, tax, consolidations, and IFRS reporting
Prepare and present high-level Board & Exco packs to key stakeholders
Drive financial strategy, risk management, and business insights
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance and controls
