An exciting and fast-growing law firm based in Sandton is looking to appoint a Head Of Finance/CFO to support its next phase of growth.
This is a key strategic hire, working closely with leadership to drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and support the firm’s long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the firm’s financial management, reporting, and compliance
- Develop and implement financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Provide strategic input to support growth, expansion, and profitability
- Ensure strong financial controls and risk management processes
- Engage with external stakeholders including auditors and advisors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset
- Experience within professional services (legal experience advantageous)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A CA(SA) qualification is not essential, but would be considered an advantage

Salary 1.6 Mill depending on experience plus Bonuses
