Safe-Hub which establishes world-class infrastructure in disadvantaged communities, providing a physically and emotionally safe space where young people access services, opportunities and support from strong role models through sports-based programmes that focuses on health, safety, education, and employability.

JOB SCOPE
The Safe-Hub Head of Facility is accountable for ensuring a comprehensive and cross-functional execution of the Safe-Hub model and enabling operations. They are accountable for a world class Safe-Hub environment where they help young people to realise their potential, and change lives
Areas of responsibility include:
Managing Safe Hub’s components of the Youth Precinct, namely EduFootball, ECD, Youth Cafe in line with the Precinct Vision, as well as strategic and annual organizational objectives.
Managing Safe-Hub in compliance with all Policies and Procedures.
Effective and efficient programme delivery of the components and maximizes participant experience.
Marketing, customer and stakeholder relationship management.
Culture and Values integration at Safe Hub.
Leading team and staff development, including training and development of Safe-Hub staff.
CORE COMPETENCIES, ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS and PREFERENCES
Educational:
A Nationa Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Management or similar
Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 5 years management experience Experience in e-learning
Experience and or exposure in the following fields, Experience in digital learning football/sport, education, after-school programmes, Strong ability to deliver practical activities and community development, early childhood development, documentation youth development Facilitation skills
Multi-stakeholder/ partnership management experience Strong ability to deliver training content and
Managing teams/ individuals in a professional environment assessment frameworks experience Understanding inclusive learning and
Experience working in the non-profit sector is an advantage development processes
Experience working in a diversified environment Programme Administration skills
Experience with Monitoring, Evaluations and Learning Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT) systems Language skills (English critical, other South African languages advantage)
