A leading organisation is recruiting for a Head of Data to lead the development, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide data-driven products and platforms. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded data leader to shape the future of analytics, AI, and digital product innovation within a highly complex and data-rich environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and strategy for data products and analytics platforms
- Lead the development of scalable, reusable, and commercially impactful data-driven solutions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI, analytics, and emerging technologies
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes
- Lead and mentor Product Owners and cross-functional technical teams
- Establish frameworks to track product performance, adoption, and business value
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management across all data products
- Identify opportunities for innovation, sustainable growth, and data monetisation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related fieldin• Master’s Degree in Business, Data Science, or Analytics advantageous
- Approximately 10 years’ experience in product management, data product ownership, analytics, AI, or data science environments
- Strong understanding of data ecosystems, analytics platforms, AI applications, and data governance
- Experience leading cross-functional teams within complex technical environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Financial services experience advantageous
