Urgently seeking an experienced Head of Customer Support with proven managerial skills to oversee the daily operations of a support department.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of customer support agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Monitor performance, optimize processes, provide customer insights, monitor metrics, oversee training and development, and manage budgets.

Requirements

MBA or relevant Master’s Degree (non-negotiable)

Degree in Medical Technology or Healthcare

Experience dealing with EXCO, MANCO, and HOD members

Must come from the Medical industry

At least 2 years managerial experience

Experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial
