What You Will Enjoy Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for CES design office providing safe, dependable, and standardized CES engineering solutions as well as maintaining and developing the CES systems toolbox.
Ensure that the working environment and safety for personnel is satisfactory and in compliance with legislation, Linde internal rules, standards, and regulations.
You will also identify and initiate continuous improvements in the operational efficiency and working practices and deliver agreed budgets for costs, headcount, and capital expenditures.
In addition, you will be responsible for organizing, training, and leading the personnel resources involved in the activities above in the most efficient way.
You will provide effective prioritization of projects and allocation of central engineering resource to projects, including the balancing of insource vs. outsource labour.
Develop and sustain effective relationships with Heads and Senior Managers within Operations, EA, B&O Marketing, PGP and Healthcare.
What Makes You Great
You possess an engineering degree, and you have gained a minimum of 5 years of business experience preferably as a line manager in a larger organization.
Good understanding of Linde’s business model, processes, products, services, and organization.
Be comfortable with a high level of technical analysis, highly numerate, and financially aware.
You have already demonstrated knowledge of both technical and commercial context of distribution processes.
Good understanding of the air separation, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen production technology.
