Company Overview:
Join a very large and well-established Forex group with a global presence. We are seeking an experienced Head of Conversion to lead our sales operations in South Africa. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive performance, optimize conversion strategies, and scale sales operations. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Conversion (Sales) department, driving revenue growth and optimizing performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and increase client acquisition.
Oversee a large team of Conversion Agents, ensuring motivation, training, and adherence to KPIs.
Monitor and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve efficiency. Work closely with Retention, Marketing, and other departments to create a seamless
sales funnel. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Recruit, train, and develop top-tier sales talent to maintain a high-performance team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the Forex industry is a must. Strong track record of managing large sales teams and achieving revenue targets. In-depth knowledge of conversion strategies and sales techniques in the Forex sector. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Ability to analyze data and optimize performance based on insights. Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to relocate to South Africa if not already based there.
