Develop a comprehensive academic vision for the College’s future qualifications and programs, centered around its core values and brand promise. Collaborate with theleadershipteam to ensure an exceptional student experience across all disciplines.
Oversee the creation of new qualifications and skills programs.
Monitor graduation rates and current course reviews.
Manage operational financial aspects, including scholarships, bursaries, and international funding.
Streamline admissions processes for private and corporate clients.
Enhance retention rates and improve put-through rates.
Requires 3-5 years of experience as a Head of Academics, with aproven track recordin B2C and B2B sales. Experience in signing up and selling courses to corporate companies is advantageous. Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) tools for student support is essential, as is branding expertise and a sales-driven mindset.
Will work closely with theleadershipteam to further define the College’s vision and mission, taking ownership of future growth andsustainability. Reports directly to the Director and collaborates with colleagues to achieve successful delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
