Senior Head Hostess – Luxury Restaurant Brand (Cape Town – Sea Point)
Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Our luxury restaurant brand in Sea Point is seeking a Senior Head Hostess to lead our front-of-house team with elegance and efficiency.
Position Details:
Start Date: Mid/End of June
Schedule:Tuesday – Saturday (5 days a week)
Salary: Fixed
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the hostess team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Greet and seat high profile guests with professionalism.
Coordinate reservations and optimize seating arrangements.
Maintain a high standard of hospitality and service excellence.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with diplomacy.
Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a senior hostess or front-of-house leadership role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
A polished and professional demeanor.
Dineplan booking experience
Trouble shoot and quick turnaround on problem solving
