Job Description
To translate SBG data vision and strategy as well as the relevant CIB Technology strategy into data strategies to support SBG objectives. To implement the data strategy by coordinating and facilitating data programmes to enable consistent and effective data-driven business decisions. To advise, plan & report on the Data & Analytics, Automation, Integration and Regulatory IT Portfolio technology functions, enabling implementation of the Business strategy.
To enforce governance and compliance, ensuring alignment to the relevant Group frameworks, policies and standards, including compliance to data protection legislation. To provide technology support in the form of end-to-end regulatory project support which may include bespoke software development whenever there are regulatory and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Post Graduate Degree:
Mathematical Sciences/Computer Science/Information Technology
Master’s Degree:
Mathematical Sciences/Computer Science/Information Technology
Relevant certifications in data science, AI, or related fields (Preferable)
Experience Required
Experience in IT capabilities that drive business value creation, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Business Intelligence (BI). Understanding of the impact of implementing information system projects on data management, integration and data analytics.
Understanding offinancial analysisand finance information system capabilities. Demonstrated ability to manage Profit and Loss (P&L).
Experience managing functional teams responsible for data management and governance.
