Job Purpose
To take full responsibility for the profitable operation of the food department, ensure courteous and efficient service is provided to guests, and ensure the smooth running of the entire kitchen operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
