• Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a steakhouse or fine dining setting

• Strong background in sustainable sourcing and ethical kitchen practices

Up-to-date

knowledge of HACCP and hygiene audit requirements

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training

• Proven

leadership

skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team

• Expertise in meat selection, grilling, and traditional steakhouse cuisine
