CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be a hands-on leader and should be able to run breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
Proven experience managing a kitchen and a team
Formal qualification is beneficial
Must be able to do costings, menu planning, and development
Be well-versed in stock control and ordering
Be able to work independently
Must be able to manage and minimize wastage
Fluent in English – written and spoken
Impeccable hygiene and presentation
Excellent communication skills
Well-organized with attention to detail
This is a live-in role.
