Your responsibilities:
Lead and manage a small kitchen team
Design and update menus using fresh, local ingredients
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Control stock, costs, and kitchen budgets
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
You’ll bring:
Proven experience in a Head Chef or Senior Chef role
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for food and innovation
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
