We are looking for a Head Chef- South African ONLY
Based in the Waterfront, a very busy 250 seater restaurants, looking for and a Head Chef Specialised in South African Cuisine, to cope with the FULL FUNCTION of a HEAD CHEF. Must be able to handle big pressure, long hours, have large volume experience and be able to manage long term staff, work hard, stock control etc. Must be reliable honest and punctual. (One who is specialised in South African Cuisine)
Need to put together a new high quality menu, packed with new ideas, lots of flavours, local cuisine
Only apply if you have a Clean Criminal record and a clean debt review. The client will be doing these checks.
Own transport for shift work essential
Live close enough to V&A waterfront – not more than 20 km’s
R25K – R30K negotiable, depending on experience
