Area Sales Managers – KZN and S. Gauteng
POSITION INFO:
3 x Area Sales Managers for 3 regions (KZN, FS, S. Gauteng)
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Build relationships with an existing customer base and grow market share through gaining new customers across the Region.
Self-starter with an Owner/business culture.
Set up a daily calling program.
Have a personal sales target to actively search, pursue, and engage potential clients.
Development of sales budgets in accordance with marketing and sales strategy.
Accountability in the achievement of sales targets.
Implement and manage strategic sales to increase the company’s market share.
Manage customer relationships through a consultative approach/solution selling and understanding the customer’s needs (current and upcoming).
Manage and monitor ongoing spending against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
Uphold good business ethics and image portrayal.
Identify new growth opportunities by market segments.
Monthly/Weekly presentations showing decline or increase in purchases.
Provide a comprehensive sales report on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Sales/Business Development/Marketing preferred.
Matric (Senior Certificate).
Valid Driver’s License.
Min 5 Years’ Solid Experience In Business Development.
Strong Sales experience (Ideally in the Tyre Industry), Negotiation Skills, Commercial Acumen.
Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
Salary: +- R40kpm plus car, cellphone, laptop, provident fund.
