Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Hardware Store Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales management, organisational and leadership skills. It is essential that all candidates have hardware experience. Having worked on the IQ Retail system will be a bonus.

## Responsibilities
– Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision
– Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
– Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to deliver outstanding customer service
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
– Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting
– Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appearance
