EDUCATION
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science is required; advanced degree is a plus.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience as divisional lead in hardware product development with an outstanding track record in a corporate environment.
Exceptionalleadershipskills with aproven track recordof managing and motivatingcross-functional teamswithin hardware, software and the interface of both.
In-depth knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, methodologies in hardware design, camera technology, and their practical applications.
Strong ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, includingchallengingcustomers.
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators intoinnovativeand detailed product developments.
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and solutions, particularly as they apply to patternrecognitionin images and videos.
Strong understanding of IT trends and advancements in technology.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development, design, and refinement of our advanced vehicle camera systems, including fatigue monitoring cameras and driver behaviour cameras.
Evaluate and measure the performance of current devices in use, and compare against market standards and competitors to inform future product development andinnovation.
Lead our Machine Learning team to develop proprietary camera technology that leverages internal Machine Vision initiatives, and ensure the seamless integration of hardware and software components.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients who may havechallengingrequirements or feedback. This includes providing clear, technical explanations for product functionality, design decisions, andproblem-solvingprocesses.
Move the needle on identifying, evaluating new products, alternative products and new configurations which will impact the growth andsustainabilityof our hardware solutions.
