Property Restoration Technician
Location: Saint Pete Florida
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: Hourly, paid via direct deposit through ADP
This is not for a beginner or looking to learn a trade.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled, reliable technician to join our team of construction professionals to renovate a multi-unit residential property. This role requires expertise in at least two of the following:
- Drywall hanging and texture (slick and knock down)
- Drywall repair
- Bathroom remodeling
- Carpentry and framing
- Mortar and concrete
- Plumbing (CPVC and Copper)
- Electrical
Requirements:
- Must have your own tools and transportation
- Must live within 25 minutes of zip code 33704
- Perform high-level construction repairs and installations
- Assist with restoration and improvement projects across a multi-unit property
- Maintain organized, accurate logs of hours worked in ADP
- Communicate progress, needs, and updates directly to the property owners
- Keep tools, equipment, and job sites clean and professional
- Would report to the owner directly.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate at the beginning of every work day with a game plan or priority list
- Text message at end of each work day with photos of what was accomplished
Will not hire anyone who does drugs or heavy drinking. Non smoking position.
Paid through direct deposit and hours are logged on the payroll ADP

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
