Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Reception:
Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule client appointments, including haircuts, color treatments, and other salon services. Use salon software or booking systems to manage appointment calendars efficiently.
3. Client Information:
Collect and update client information, including contact details and preferences. Maintain accurate client records to enhance the salon’s customer database.
4. Telephone Management:
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally. Address client inquiries, provide information about services, and assist with appointment scheduling over the phone.
5. Client Consultations:
