GSQUARED Architects are seeking a Professional Design Architect to join our team in de Waterkant, Cape Town.
The following skills and experience are required:
Minimum 3 – 5 years continuous experience.
Proficiency in REVIT – additional software beneficial (Lumion, Twinmotion).
Experience through all stages of the project cycle, from inception to construction.
Experience with local authority planning procedures.
A thorough and comprehensive understanding of SANS and building regulations.
The successful candidate will be:
A team player who is energetic, hardworking, creative, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Able to prepare drawings and documentation of a high standard.
Computer literate, have good administration skills and excellent communication skills.
Someone who is willing to continue learning to enhance their skills, and who is looking for experience across all stages of projects.
A solution-driven problem solver.
