Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage tailor-made travel experiences for groups and incentive travellers
Handle end-to-end planning, quoting, and execution of itineraries
Work closely with suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure premium service delivery
Collaborate with corporate clients to align travel plans with business objectives
Manage all travel logistics including flights, transfers, accommodations, and activities
Provide on-the-ground support and problem-solving when needed
Maintain strong relationships with DMCs, agents, and clients
Ensure all services meet the company’s luxury and quality standards
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and market developments
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in group and incentive travel, preferably in luxury travel
Proven experience in handling complex itineraries and high-end clientele
Strong destination knowledge, both local and international
Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Tech-savvy and experienced in using travel management systems
Exceptional attention to detail and customer service mindset
Ability to travel when required
