Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive and active candidates for recruitment consultant roles across multiple international markets.
- Manage end-to-end hiring pipelines: outreach, screening, shortlisting, and submission to hiring managers.
- Write clear, compelling job descriptions tailored to each market and desk.
- Create Linked In and other social content to build Salt’s employer brand and attract talent organically.
- Maintain accurate internal HR documentation and candidate tracking.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including the founder, on strategic hiring priorities and new practice launches.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers across geographies to understand evolving talent needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to both agency and internal/in-house hiring.
- Comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline across multiple time zones and markets simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills, able to shift tone across job ads, outreach, and social content.
- Self-starter who can operate with autonomy while keeping stakeholders in the loop.
- Genuine interest in the recruitment industry and what makes a great consultant.
- Strong personal branding abilities.
- Nice to have:
Experience recruiting within the UK, Dubai, and US markets; experience recruiting recruiters.
