We’re recruiting for an experienced Group Project Manager to join an international organisation in a senior, cross-functional role.
This position will take ownership of complex projects and operational delivery across multiple departments, ensuring projects move smoothly from initial planning through implementation and into steady-state operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate projects across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and deliverables
- Drive international client onboarding and mobilisation projects
- Improve and standardise operational processes and workflows
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners and service providers
- Track actions, risks and project status through to completion
- Identify bottlenecks and implement practical process improvements
- Support reporting, governance and senior management visibility
- Drive effective use of project management, CRM and document management systems
- Ensure accurate, structured documentation and data throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Operations Management or a PMO environment
- Proven experience managing projects across multiple departments
- Experience working in an international / multi-country environment
- Strong process improvement and implementation experience
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira or similar
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
Experience within staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), global mobility, contractor management or global payroll would be highly advantageous.
