The Group Food & Beverage Business Development Manager is a unique, newly created role within Newmark Hotels. This position focuses exclusively on driving sales for the group’s food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, function spaces, and banqueting venues across all properties. The ideal candidate is a strategic, market-facing individual who thrives on relationship building, business development, and unlocking new revenue streams from external sources.
They will be expected to identify growth opportunities, create and implement group-wide F&B sales strategies, and develop high-value client relationships that result in regular and significant bookings.
The successful candidate will be based at head office but will work across the full portfolio of Newmark Hotels, collaborating closely with property teams while actively engaging with external clients, including corporate companies, event planners, and production houses.
