Are you a commercially minded Group Financial Controller looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely influence the direction of a growing international business?

As our business continues to expand internationally, we're looking for an experienced Group Financial Controller to partner with our CFO and Executive Leadership Team, helping shape the next phase of our growth.
This is far more than a technical reporting role. You'll become a trusted business partner, leading financial governance across the Group while providing the insight that drives strategic decision-making.
What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of the Group's financial reporting, control and compliance across the UK and international operations, ensuring the integrity of our financial information while continuously improving our finance function.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Group month-end and year-end close process.
- Producing consolidated management accounts and statutory financial statements.
- Managing multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations.
- Strengthening financial controls, governance and reporting processes.
- Leading external audits and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Overseeing VAT, corporation tax and international compliance.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and support strategic decisions.
- Supporting acquisitions, integrations and future business growth.
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing finance team.
What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced finance leader who enjoys combining technical excellence with commercial thinking.
You'll ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or SAICA CA(SA) qualification.
- Significant post-qualified experience within a Group Financial Controller or senior financial reporting role.
- Strong experience in Group consolidations across multiple legal entities.
- Experience working within an international or multinational organisation, ideally across Europe, the Middle East or APAC.
- Knowledge of statutory reporting, audit, VAT and corporation tax.
- Strong ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
