Job Tasks:
Product Marketing
- Styling finished products for photoshoots.
- Assisting bakers with product of the month for newsletter and communications.
Communication
- Newsletter write ups on specific product focus and news for the month.
- Launch packages for internal staff.
- Handle Customer complaints & compliments as per the procedure.
- Sending Birthday Cards to staff members electronically.
Event Co-ordination
- Assisting in corporate events.
- Campaign Support with new and existing product launches.
- Executing and assisting in overseeing events as per program.
Digital Marketing
- Shooting how to make videos for the You Tube Channel.
- Shooting Images for product leaflets.
- Ensuring the website is loaded with correct data.
- Ensuring product trends are met and communicated.
Product Labelling
- Maintain current outer labelling upon recipe changes.
- Create new outer labelling as per request and new launches.
- Create QR Codes for all outer labelling.
Admin
- Filling
Qualifications:
- NQF Level: 5 – 7
- Marketing Diploma/Certificate
Experience:
- 1
-2 years Relevant Work Experience - FMCG Industry-Specific experience will be beneficial
Knowledge & Skills:
- Computer Literacy (e.g. MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
