Job Description
As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and positive impression. Your role involves greeting guests, providing information about attractions and services, and assisting with inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting guests warmly upon arrival, creating an inviting atmosphere.
Providing information about attractions, events, and services.
Guiding guests to various areas of the venue.
Handling guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
Monitoring and managing guest lines for efficiency.
Ensuring guests follow safety protocols.
Assisting with setup and management of events and promotions.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the entrance area.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
Hospitality-minded; friendly, outgoing, guest-focused.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
Work calmly under pressure and execute duties effectively.
Requirements
HS Diploma or GED preferred.
Meet Ring Up Program Requirements.
Availability during holidays, nights, and weekends.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged standing, walking, climbing stairs.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Work environment includes flashing lights, loud noise, and repetitive motion.
