Job Overview:
We are a fast-growing college soccer recruiting company looking for a creative and soccer-savvy Video Content Creator to join our team. You will take raw video footage (game film, training clips, interviews, etc.) and turn it into high-quality short-form and long-form content for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
Edit and produce engaging video content from raw footage
Create highlight reels, promotional videos, and social clips
Repurpose long-form content into short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Stay current with social trends, especially within the soccer and sports recruiting niche
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all video content
Requirements:
Proven video editing experience (portfolio or examples of previous work required)
Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
Strong storytelling and content structuring skills
Passion for soccer—must understand the game and its culture
Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with a strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience creating content for athletes, teams, or sports brands
Played college soccer in the U.S. (a big plus)
