ISTA Personnel SolutionsSouth Africa – we are a global BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company, partnering with a USA-based printing and marketing solutions Group company, serving a diverse range of industries, including medical, sports, entertainment, food, and NPO’s.
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to design all types of collateral from flyers, brochures, logos etc. and design promo items like mugs and T shirts and much more.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in graphic design and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be proficient in Adobe suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator!
PLEASE NOTE:
Working Hours: This role requires you to work EST hours Mon – Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time – subject to change dependant on daylight savings)
Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
Responsibilities:
Develop visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and logos
Design logos and branding materials that effectively communicate the company’s message
Ability to meet deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media
Requirements
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, including brochure and flyer designs
Excellent understanding of art direction principles and market trends
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Soft Skills:
Excellent written English skills – Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Highly organized and detail-oriented – Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and quality
Strong time management skills – Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
