You will join one of our delivery teams to collaborate and deliver industry leading email marketing content for our ecommerce clients. A team consists of Email marketing executives, Designers, Client Manager (team lead), QA’s. The team’s goal is to create content that will be as effective as possible in achieving our goal whether it be revenue generation, building engagement, design, brand building etc.
Job Outline:
– Create visually compelling, mobile-responsive email campaigns and flows.
– Follow email design best practice to create high converting campaign designs.
– Create a design system in Figma including brand/email guidelines.
– Collaborate with EMEs and copywriters to ensure consistent messaging and design.
– Maintain and evolve the email design system for your clients, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
– Ensure deliverability by following email compliance, accessibility, and anti-spam best practices when it comes to design
– Provide recommendations to optimise engagement and conversion
– Build emails in Klaviyo, ensuring all links and alt texts are applied
– Contribute to design team meetings and training on a weekly basis.
– Presenting and justifying work to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
– 3+ years graphic design experience
– Experience using Figma
– Experience in Adobe suite
– Degree in art, design or marketing strongly preferred but not essential
– Experience working in an agency
– Fluent in English (native standard)
– Thrives working and collaborating in a team
– Understanding different design styles and naturally associating them with brands
– Being able to make design-based decisions based on industry experience
