Graphic Designer Jobs in Roodepoort at Lumo Lounge and Living
LUMO is looking for a in-house creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and drives engagement across multiple platforms. From social media graphics to in-store signage and promotional materials, you will play a key role in ensuring our messaging is both visually appealing and effective.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and design visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website visuals, marketing brochures, promotional flyers, in-store signage, and packaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals that align with brand guidelines.
Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and contribute to the evolution of the LUMO brand identity.
Assist in designing advertisements for print and online platforms, ensuring high-quality and engaging visuals.
Work closely with external printers and suppliers to ensure print materials meet required specifications and are delivered on time.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the brand’s visual impact.
Design and edit motion graphics or video content for digital marketing campaigns (preferred but not required).
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in retail or food service marketing.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
● Strong knowledge of typography, layout design, colour theory, and branding principles.
● Experience with social media content creation and web design principles.
● Familiarity with printing processes and production techniques.
● Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
● A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
● High level Videography experience a benefit

Pay: R15 000,00 – R25 000,00 per month
