Insurance concern is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
DESIGN AND BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Managing and executing tasks from design briefs to production
Creating cohesive andinnovativedesigns to support marketing strategies and brand consistency
Bringing the brand to life across multiple marketing touchpoints, including print, digital, and experiential platforms
Ensuring all creative work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and strategic objectives
MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualise and develop integrated campaigns (including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising)
Assisting in the development and execution of marketing materials for events, campaigns, and promotional activities
Creating multimedia content (videos, infographics, animations) in line with marketing goals
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Assuring the quality and accuracy of designs before distribution
Managing multiple creative projects and ensuring timely delivery
Tracking and reporting on campaign performance and providing actionable insights to improve results
CONTENT CREATION
Designing and developing multimedia content to support marketing initiatives
Assisting with basic content creation and editing for social media and digital platforms
Writing compelling copy for marketing materials as needed
COLLABORATION
AND
INNOVATION
Working closely withcross-functional teams, including Event Coordinators, to align creative outputs with marketing strategies
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhancebrand awarenessand market presence
Stayingup-to-datewith industry trends and incorporatinginnovativetechniques into marketing efforts
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ANALYTICS SUPPORT
Maintaining an organised library of marketing assets and templates
Supporting marketing team members with design and analytical tools for tracking campaign success
Preparing presentations and reports to communicate creative
Requirements:
Matric
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design
At least 3 years relevant work experience in graphic design within a corporate business or creative agency environment
Experience in working within the Financial Services Industry is advantageous
Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
Microsoft skills (Power point, Word, Outlook, etc)
Must be well-rounded in Creative Cloud (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat)
Strong web design and development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
