The Graduate Investment Services Consultant will form part of the Client Service Centre, a critical component of the firm’s service offering to investors and independent financial advisers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, responsive, and world-class service, helping clients navigate their investment journey and build confidence in the organisation’s long-term investment approach.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide service to investors, potential investors, and independent financial advisers via inbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions
Build trust and credibility by explaining investment philosophy and long-term strategy
Educate clients about product offerings and fund information
Empower clients to make informed decisions through consistent communication
Take full ownership of all client transactions and ensure accuracy of records
Contribute to ongoing service enhancements through client feedback and problem-solving
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Science, Finance, Investments, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum 65% in Mathematics (Matric)
Minimum average of 70% throughout university studies
Academic performance will be one of several criteria considered in the overall selection process
