The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Analyst to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious graduate seeking direct exposure to investment research, corporate finance, capital raising, and business development.
You will work closely with our Investment and Origination teams, supporting live transactions, conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the execution of high-impact mandates.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research across sectors, industries, and investment opportunities.
- Identify and research potential corporate clients and transaction opportunities.
- Support live deal execution processes, including data gathering and transaction preparation
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
- Manage CRM systems, internal databases, and business development pipelines
- Coordinate meetings, internal workflows, and day-to-day operational support
- Track market developments, financing activity, and broader capital markets trends
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for exceptional graduates who are commercially minded, highly driven, intellectually curious, and eager to build a career in finance, investment, and corporate advisory.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have already gained some practical exposure through internships or 1–2 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating both initiative and a genuine interest in finance.
Minimum Requirements
- Honours degree (Finance, Economics, Business Science, Accounting, Engineering, or related field preferred)
- CFA Level 2
- Previous internship experience or up to 1–2 years of relevant work experience in finance, consulting, professional services, or a similarly demanding environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated leadership
Preferred (Advantageous)
- Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or capital markets environments
- Strong financial modelling and research skills
- Genuine interest in corporate finance, private markets, and capital raising
