Mountain West Excavation is looking to fill a grade crew foreman position. The right candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a heavy equipment operator, with 5 years as a foreman preferred. Experience as a grade foreman is required, pipe experience is a plus.
Job duties:
- Responsible for the crew’s safety.
- Read and interpret plans.
- Lead/assign tasks to a crew of 2-4 operators and laborers.
- Perform the work according to company procedure.
- Communicate with the company superintendent, the customer, and the crew.
- Operate GPS equipment/Trimble machine control and rover.
Pay and benefits:
$35-40 /hr depending on experience
