About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and self-driven GoHighLevel (GHL) Implementation & Automation Specialist to help set up and scale our agency account from the ground up. You’ll play a foundational role in building a white-label GHL offering that blends automation, email marketing, and custom-built snapshots for niche clients.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has previously implemented GHL agency infrastructures and is ready to bring proven systems, SOPs, and marketing automation strategies into a growing digital business.
Key ResponsibilitiesGHL Agency Setup
Set up and configure a GoHighLevel Agency Account, including all sub-account architecture and branding (SaaS Mode).
Establish custom domains, pipeline templates, user roles, and billing integrations (Stripe/PayPal).
Configure SaaS configurator features, subscription plans, and permissions.
Implement white-label onboarding flows and funnel templates.
Snapshot Creation & Delivery
Create industry-specific GHL snapshots with:
Pre-built funnels, email/SMS workflows, pipelines, calendars, and triggers.
Customised UI/UX and onboarding experience.
Provide case studies or demonstrable examples of previous snapshot builds and niche adaptations.
Ensure reusability and scalability through robust snapshot packaging.
Email Marketing & Deliverability
Design and implement email/SMS marketing campaigns, including lead nurture sequences, appointment reminders, reactivation flows, and abandoned funnel campaigns.
Conduct email domain setup and warm-up strategies (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.).
Monitor and improve email deliverability performance using best practices and platform insights.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Develop a full suite of SOP documentation:
Onboarding new clients to GHL
Snapshot deployment
Troubleshooting and support workflows
Campaign optimisation and client communication cadences
Build training and delegation processes to support future team members and clients.
Ideal Experience & SkillsMust-Have Experience
Minimum 1–2 years hands-on GoHighLevel agency experience.
Proven track record of setting up GHL agency accounts and configuring SaaS Mode.
Portfolio or case studies of snapshot builds (include screenshots or walkthroughs if available).
Expertise in marketing automation, especially email marketing within GHL.
Demonstrated understanding of email domain setup, warm-up, and deliverability optimisation.
Process & Communication
Ability to write and structure scalable SOPs and documentation.
Proficiency with tools like Google Docs, Loom, Trello, Notion, or equivalent for SOP management.
Clear and prompt communicator — comfortable providing regular updates and documenting progress.
Bonus Points For
Experience with niche-specific automation (e.g., real estate, med spa, coaching, fitness, golf, etc.).
Familiarity with integrations like Zapier, ClickFunnels, Calendly, and Stripe.
Experience using custom code or webhooks in GHL.
