We are now hiring a Global Sales Strategist based in South Africa to help expand our presence across international markets. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in B2B software and AI product sales, who are comfortable navigating complex enterprise deals across global regions.
Position Details:
Type: Full-time
Location: Remote (South Africa-based applicants preferred)
Compensation: Competitive base + performance-based bonuses
Time Zones: Flexibility to work across EMEA, APAC, and U.S. clients
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute market-entry and sales strategies for AI and SaaS solutions in global territories.
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demoing to negotiation and closing enterprise-level deals.
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, procurement leads, and decision-makers.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and regional positioning.
Track performance metrics, client feedback, and market trends to adjust strategy in real time.
Represent the company at virtual or in-person international sales meetings, when required.
Requirements:
3–5 years of proven success in SaaS, enterprise software, or AI product sales.
Demonstrated ability to sell into international markets and adapt sales approach across regions.
Experience with sales CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working remotely with cross-cultural teams and time zone coordination.
Nice to Have:
Experience selling into financial services, logistics, or technology sectors.
Familiarity with AI concepts, automation platforms, or data intelligence solutions.
Prior involvement in a startup, scale-up, or B2B SaaS company.
Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
