Key Responsibilities:
– Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome in German
– Assist with luggage and escort guests to their cabins
– Provide personalized, attentive service to guests throughout their stay On Board Cruise Ship
– Anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs and requests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience
– Serve meals and beverages in a professional and elegant manner
– Coordinate with other crew members to ensure seamless service delivery
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas, including cabins and common areas
– Assist with onboard events and activities, such as cocktail parties and excursions
– Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
– Follow all safety and security procedures on board
– Adhere to company standards and policies at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
– Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
– Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or butler role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests’ needs
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Impeccable grooming and presentation
– Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette
– Flexibility to work long hours and on weekends and holidays
– Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
