Salary: R22 000 to R25 000.00 p/month
Commission: $800 per student signed (uncapped earnings)
Key Responsibilities:
Accompany candidates in the process of obtaining the educational voucher.
Enrollment:
Support students in submitting requirements for a Bildungsgutschein. Directly engage with students to remove obstacles, inspire them, minimize drop-off, and ensure they complete all enrollment requirements.
Consultant:
Identify the right career path for candidates based on their unique abilities and desires, and guide them in decision-making.
Define and track key metrics and KPIs for strong pipeline management and conversion. Continuously seek ways to enhance the sales process and work cross-functionally to improve results.
Operate at all levels, staying connected to the details and be willing to tackle any task, big or small, to deliver results.
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in English and German (minimum C1) is a must.
Sales and Customer Service experience will be beneficial.
Experienced career consultant:
Proven success in enrolling Germany-based students in Bildungsgutschein education or vocational training programs.
World-Class Executor:
Experienced in guiding students through the Bildungsgutschein process with precision and care.

Minimum Tech Requirements:
Laptop: Intel i5/ AMD Ryzen 5 Processor (minimum 11th Gen), 8GB RAM, Solid State Drive (SSD – 512), Windows 11 Operating System, Mac Book Pro or Mac Book Air (2020 or newer) with M1 – M3, 8GB RAM, 256 SSD, Mac OS Ventura Operating System.
Headset: Noise-canceling with mic.
Back-up Power: Inverter/Generator/UPS/Solar.
Internet Speed: 50mbps Download Speed, 25mbps Upload Speed.
Work Environment: Quiet and private work space.
