We are looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German and English to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently, and providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues
Accurately document interactions and follow up when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
