POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking General Workers for a contract position based in Coega. This role is physically demanding and requires individuals who are fit, energetic, and willing to perform manual labour in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Perform general manual labour duties as required. Load, unload, move, and stack heavy materials safely. Assist with production and operational activities. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all health and safety procedures. Carry out instructions from supervisors and work effectively within a team. Complete tasks accurately and within required timeframes. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physically demanding industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, or production environment. Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting throughout the workday. Young, energetic, and healthy with a strong work ethic. Available to start immediately. Reside in Kariega , Motherwell, Wells Estate, or surrounding areas . Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Able to work under pressure and follow instructions. Good communication skills. No criminal record Willing to work overtime and shifts Personal Attributes Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to safety. Team player. Honest and trustworthy. Self-motivated and hardworking. Good time management and attendance record.
