Duties and Responsibilities :
Lead the financial strategy and direction of the business, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Provide strategic financial insight to the executive team, to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Manage global financial performance, liaising with international teams to optimize financial operations.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, external Auditors, and financial institutions.
Experience and Skills Required :
CA(SA)
10+ years in senior finance roles, with a strong background in Engineering, Mining, or Manufacturing industries
Global Experience :
Proven ability to manage financial operations across multiple regions or countries
Ideally from the Engineering, Mining, or Manufacturing sectors, but open to other relevant experience
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
