Adequate knowledge of aviation operations
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in the ground operations department
Hold or have previously held a pilot licence (Desirable)
Duties
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements for ground operations.
Oversee the implementation of the Ground Operations Manual and company policies.
Lead and supervise the ground operations team to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize operational processes.
