Saudi Arabia area – Saudi Arabia: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing substantial fruit growing farms from planting to harvest. The ideal candidate will have very strong management skills.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Degree related to Agriculture
- In depth understanding of Financial and Administration operations
- Sufficient understanding in these areas to allow knowledgeable in-depth monitoring of operations and performance of line management
- Previous experience with Date farming advantageous
- Background of managing large scale tree crops will be considered
- Extremely strong management skills are absolutely essential
- Valid driver’s licence
- Valid passport
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Responsible for the technical and financial management of the farms
- Staff management of a workforce made up of up to 270 multi nationals
- Responsible for analysis feedback from the line management team.
